How Leads Are Captured

If you have configured a Custom Form for your domain, the chatbot presents the form to visitors during the conversation. Fields can include name, email, phone number (with country code), and any custom data you define.

Lead Details

Every lead entry includes:
  • Contact Information: Name, email, phone number (if provided). - Location Data: Country flag and country code derived from the IP address. - Conversation Link: A direct link to the full chat transcript for context. - Submission Date: When the lead was captured.

Exporting Leads

With the Google Integration connected, you can export your leads to Google Sheets for further analysis, CRM import, or sharing with your sales team.
